Cancellation policy

At The Endocrine Co., we understand that life happens. Whether you’re changing an appointment or reconsidering an order, we’re here to help—while ensuring that our providers and pharmacy partners can continue serving all patients efficiently.


Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will also be charged this fee.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a supplement, prescription, or product order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Because many items are processed quickly—especially prescriptions—cancellations are not always guaranteed.


Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. We also cannot accept returns on prescription medications or opened wellness products, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
